Because each lens is a high-precision optical instrument hand-calibrated to order, we do not accept 'change of mind' returns.

Non-Defective Returns: If a return is authorized, the following will be deducted from your final refund:

Original Shipping: The cost we incurred to ship the unit to you.
Return Shipping: The cost of the return label and transit back to our facility.
Restocking Fee: A flat $200 USD fee for technical re-certification and optical alignment testing.

Return shipping must be fully insured. We are not responsible for units lost or damaged during return transit.

While our lenses are Made in Canada (HTS 9002.11.90), please be advised that as of August 2025, U.S. customs regulations have changed. All commercial imports to the United States are now subject to local duties and processing fees.

Note: You are responsible for any import duties, local taxes, and courier-specific brokerage or handling fees. These are collected by the carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) at the time of delivery.
